How do you make your portraits?
We have a team of highly skilled artists that use our proprietary set of photo editing skills. We use special techniques combined with many digital brushes and blends. Each work of art is based on your pet’s photo. This, coupled with our unique method, makes a beautiful portrait every time.
Do you only make portraits of dogs and cats?
Yes! We can put more than one pet in a portrait.
Are the photos from my phone’s camera good enough to be used?
If that’s the only PHOTO you have from your PET we can make it work.
Can I change my order?
You can change your order up to 5 hours after you place it. Because each order is one of a kind after 5 hours has passed, any changes will be at our discretion.
Can I see a preview before ordering?
We do email you a mockup of what your pet portrait will look like prior to creating. We will not move forward with creating your portrait until your proof is approved.
If you can’t find your order number, please search ”Coolcanva” and check your spam box.
Please If you do not confirm your order within 10 days, we will print the order and send it to your address.
How long does it take?
Our whole process from placing your order to receiving it typically takes 2 weeks or 3 weeks maximum. While shipping delays can occur with the courier, we stand by the fact that we are the fastest custom pet portrait creators out there!

Can I cancel or get a refund on my order after it is placed?
Due to the custom nature of our products we do not offer refunds after 5 hours of placing your order. That said, we ensure 100% customer satisfaction through our proof process that allows you to make changes until you are 100% satisfied with your proof before we create your order. After this time period, refunds will be processed at our discretion.

Custom products can’t be refunded because they are made on measure for you. However, if you don’t like it, contact the support so they can find a solution to make you happy.
